Gettheworldmoving Pty Ltd T/as Virgin Pulse Inc is not responsible for the payment of any duty or taxes, nor will it reimburse these charges as these are imposed by local Customs authorities in line with local laws in the receiver’s location. This is applicable to purchased items as well as replacement items.
Payment for online purchases can be made via the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard & AMEX (Payment using AMEX will be charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Please note that the actual amount charged to your credit card may vary depending on your bank's own defined exchange rate. Your bank may also charge you a fee for international transactions).
Payment will show on your statement as Gettheworldmoving Pty Ltd.
Please ensure the correct currency is selected in the top toolbar before proceeding to check-out. The currency cannot be changed once payment has been made.
Prices for this store are in GBP. We will only charge the amount shown in your online cart and invoice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Delivery time excludes preparation of shipping documentation and packing where applicable. Please allow one (1) additional business day from the time of your order.
Fulfillment occurs during business hours only, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Goods are packaged in accordance with the appropriate regulatory requirements of a device such as the Pulse.
At certain times of the year and according to demand there can be delays experienced in the fulfillment and dispatch of online orders.
The Virgin Pulse Global Challenge Online ordering system is unable to process certain languages and their associated characters. Order forms need to be completed in English and please remove text accents where possible, to avoid any delays in fulfillment and delivery.
Shipping service levels differ for national domestic compared to international destinations.
Various postage times need to be considered when placing your order, depending upon the destination the following time-frame can be expected for delivery from the day of dispatch:
- United Kingdom – allow 2 business days for delivery
- USA – allow up to 5 business days for delivery
- Canada – allow up to 7 business days for delivery
- Australia – allow up to 6 business days for delivery
- Europe – allow up to 5 business days for delivery
- Asia – allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery
- South Pacific – allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery
- South America – allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery
- Africa – allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery
- Other – allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery
In addition to the estimated delivery time frames above, there can be in some instances delays experienced in the delivery of your order, for reasons out of Virgin Pulse’s control. For this reason we cannot guarantee the expected time frame provided above. This can include customs clearance delays and delays experienced through postal networks both within the origin of dispatch and at the destination of delivery.
UK customers please note if your order is undelivered a card will be left at the address. Please follow instructions in order to receive your delivery. Please note, after 7 business days your order will be return to sender and it will be the purchaser’s responsibility to re-order via the Virgin Pulse Global Challenge Online shop.
